West Midlands Advanced Motorcyclists Group
The Group was formed 5 years ago when the motorcyclists in the West Midlands RoADA Club decided that there were sufficient of them to set-up a separate Motorcycle Club under the RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders banner without detriment to the larger Car Group.
Leon Tanski became the first Chairman, ably assisted by three retired Motorcycle Traffic Police, Charles Davis, John Cracknell and Peter Gosling (All involved with RoSPA as Registered Examiners) forming the initial Committee with a very willing group of keen bikers taking the rest of the jobs.
Originally meeting at Halesowen and then moving to it's current home at Sutton Coldfield Fire Station. The Club has already sponsored the newly formed Coventry Advanced Motorcyclists and is growing steadily.
Sutton Coldfield Fire Station (Anchorage Road), second Wednesday every month at 7:30pm.
